FlexiPulse: A machine-learning-enabled flexible pulse sensor for cardiovascular disease diagnostics

FlexiPulse is a low-cost, clinically validated flexible pulse sensor designed for real-time monitoring and diagnosis of cardiovascular health. Utilizing eco-friendly laser direct-engraving techniques with porous graphene, it is suitable for mass production and achieves high accuracy (>93%) in detecting cardiovascular changes. The system incorporates machine-learning algorithms, enabling it to independently assess cardiovascular disease events like atrial fibrillation and atrial septal defect with an impressive accuracy of 98.7%. FlexiPulse aims to enhance remote monitoring and in-home care, significantly advancing precision medicine and personalized healthcare.
